The Company Captain (s) will be responsible for the following:

*Recruit one to two co-captains to assist

*Attend one Informational (Captains) Meeting (optional, but helpful)

*Register your company at KPCorporateRunWalk.com 

*Promote program to coworkers, family and friends

*Order Catering for your Team from Levy Restaurants by August 24 (Full Levy Menu Here) OR Jason’s Deli by August 31

*Reserve a Company Space for your Team Click Here

*Coordinate Company T-shirt for T-shirt Design Contest (optional) more info

*Set up Team Photo time (if team is 60+) with info@kpcorporaterunwalk.com

*Determine a meeting place for before and after the KP Run/Walk for your employees.

*Communicate with team members.

*Complete the 2017 Corporate Cup Survey.

Kaiser Permanente Corporate Cup

Most Fit Company Does your company encourage its employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle? If so, please fill out a “Most Fit Company” application to be considered for the Kaiser Permanente Cup, a special recognition given to companies that provide a healthy work environment for employees. The “Most Fit Company” application is designed to help identify the strength of your company’s employee health & wellness initiatives. Awards are presented to companies based on employee size in four categories: more than 5,000 employees; 1,000 – 4,999 employees; 100-999 employees; and 100 employees or less. The survey takes just a few minutes. Access the Survey Here (Deadline: August 11, 2017)

Event Numbers

Your event numbers will be ready about two weeks before the September 7, 2017 event. NEW in 2017: Registration fees must be paid before race numbers will be released.

Included will be:

  • Event numbers for all officially entered participants
  • Copy of the Company Roster Form with assigned race numbers so that captain can distribute the correct number to each participant
  • Event Day Information Sheets for captains and participants
  • Team, CEO and captain Scorecards
  • Event site map and schedule


Team Photo signup. Only teams over 60 need to reserve a time. Teams under 60 should come to the Photo Area anytime from 5–6:30 PM. Email info@kpcorporaterunwalk.com to set up a reservation. All photos, team and candid, will be available for free and unlimited downloading after the event. Prime times go quickly, so register early! First come, first served. All photos will be posted and available for free download.

Scoring and Scorecards Participants are scored on a team basis in three categories. A team consists of one of the following:

  • Men’s Team…..Four Men
  • Women’s Team….Four Women
  • Coed Team….Two Men and Two Women

Note: Participants may be assigned to a team after the race and may only be placed on one team i.e., a woman placed on the Women’s Team cannot also be placed on the Coed Team, etc.

Buses. Buses must arrive before 5:30 PM. Buy your bus parking pass online for $25. All buses will park in the Yellow Lot.
