Get Active Atlanta Training – powered by Phidippides

Whether your goal is to lose weight, have more energy or manage the stress in your life, this Get Active, Atlanta! Training Programs is designed to give you access to the support you need, including:
- FREE 5K 8 week training plans for beginning and experienced runner and walkers by Olympian & Race Director Jeff Galloway
- Weekday runs/walks from Phidippides (beginning in July, meet at Phidippides Sandy Springs every Wednesday at 6:15 PM and/or meet at Phidippides Ansley Mall every Thursday at 6:30 PM). All sessions at Phidippides will be led by running and walking group leaders. All levels welcome, including beginning runners and walkers. Join us!
