Event Day

New in 2008: all runners and walkers will be timed!

Our 5K course is distance verified.

Walkers

Watch for signs to the Walker Start Lineup. Walkers will exit the Green Lot and cross through the Gold Lot. Over 50% of event participants will be walkers. For the safety of all participants, we will follow traditional running etiquette at the start with all walkers lining up behind the runners. On the course, walkers should stay to the right and follow instructions of race officials.

Tent Map with Company Locations

  • Tent Key. First, find your company name and tent# here. The letter before the number indicates which section you are in (Red, Blue, Orange or Green). Available here September 22, 2008.
  • Tent Map. Be patient, as this is a large PDF file. Click + to increase the magnification. Volunteers and maps will be onsite to help you locate your tent. Also onsite will be many colored balloons (Red, Blue, Orange and Green) and one large colored balloon directly above each of the four sections. Use these to help find your appropriate section. Available here September 22, 2008.
